PPA build failed because:

1. apr-1 header paths are incorrect. Debian uses "apr-1.0/xyz" whereas
the source has "apr-1/xyz".

2. Source files within the project do not #include local files using
relative paths (and they must). That is [#include
<linterra/std/buffer.h>] must be ["#include buffer.h"]. This is a
relic/idiosyncrasy with the previous/custom build environment.

In process of changing all this. Will test, check into trunk and 1.0
series, rebuild/submit source package to Linterra PPA.
