hmph.  But you can't upgrade aclocal?

All my software is upgraded, so I'm not sure what's causing the
aclocal disparity. You're lacking ltmain.sh, depcomp, and the
'libtool' executable that is normally copied by autotools into the
current directory.

Do you have duplicates of autotools files in /usr/local and /usr? Do
you have bad mirrors in your list?
