Hi,
I am just using telegram since today.  I have conversations with two 
friends but don't receive push notifications when they send me 
messages.  Under notifications (phone's system settings) I have telegram 
enabled.  I already rebooted my phone (bq aquaris E4.5).

Moreover, when I open the app and go to contacts I only see the activity 
indicator and nothing else happens (even when waiting for a long time).

Is there something I can do to make telegram work? Like reinstalling the 
app?  Do I have to do anything with my ubuntu-one account?  How should I 
cleanly start over?
