Thanks for using Telegram. You can report a bug, if you want, with all
the information you can gather about this issue like steps to get to
this point.

Related to the configuration, you can find it at
/home/phablet/.config/com.ubuntu.telegram

you can do by hand a reset by removing contents at that folder along
with the cache contents at
/home/phablet/.cache/com.ubuntu.telegram

That way, when you start app up again, you will be prompted to login again.

Anyway, we would appreciate that you file a bug, as i said, to see if
this is a more general problem.
