That is correct, this is currently not supported on Ubuntu, and is not on
our roadmap yet. If you would like to, please file a bug here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/libqtelegram/+filebug
and we'll give it a 'wishlist' status. Until then, you can use Ubuntu PIN
lock screen for improved privacy.
