  Add evaluation of integrals

Status in Libpspio pseudopotential I/O library:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  In some situation it is necessary to evaluate integrals, as some
  formats require information that can only be obtained by performing an
  integration. This feature will also be usefull for the parent codes,
  in case they want to evaluate some integral without having to
  implement numerical methods to do it in the logarithmic mesh.
