Title:
  The test suite fails because of its design flaws

Status in Libpspio pseudopotential I/O library:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  There are 3 tests currently failing:
    * test_state, due to an internal inconsistency;
    * test_io_multiple.sh, due to missing environment information;
    * test_fortran, which expects a file name from stdin.
  I will fix them to allow developers to rely on the test suite before submitting their contributions.
