Bug description:
  It seems that "change" versions of libtool are not printed in MacOS:

  libtool (GNU libtool) 2.4

  Copyright (C) 2010 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
  This is free software; see the source for copying conditions.  There is NO
  warranty; not even for MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  Thus, the requirement for libtool be modified down to minor version:
  2.4

  Patched configure.ac attached.
