  libgse package: wrong version in libgse.pc

Bug description:
  The  Debian package libgse-dev_1.0.1 installs the pkgconfig file
  libgse.pc. This file defines version 1.0.x instead of 1.0.1.

  To reproduce on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS:
  $ sudo dpkg -i libgse-dev_1.0.1_i386.deb
  $ grep Version /usr/lib/pkgconfig/gse.pc
  Version: 1.0.x
