Hey Martin,

I've finally added some tests for the VirtualHostManager.  It should be an
80% coverage rate. We could use the CI infrastructure I use for
social-media-crawler for automated testing and sonar code statistics. If
you're OK with that, drop me a line and I give it a go. You should have no
problems building the API on the OS layer. If you need something, just file
a bug ;)
