The VM is owned by Karan Sachan. No one else but owner can add keys to a
vm they own.

Removing devops tag.

Bug description:
  Add Baljit and  Abhishek's (mehrotra) key to LogstashVM.

  Login details: 
  Log onto dev env by SSHing into the bootstrap VM
  	$ ssh -A 49.40.64.42
  Log onto the logstashTestVM using
  	$ ssh -A ubuntu@10.0.0.150
