Keyboard branch now synced with Trunk. No addition to this branch will be
made, just code updates where necessary. Purpose of this branch achieved!

The cryptic comment about INDEX_COLUMNS in my previous mail was about
INDEX_ROWS or course.
Basically, I want to replace INDEX_COLUMNS * INDEX_COLUMNS by INDEX_COLUMNS
* INDEX_ROWS and calculate INDEX_ROWS to maximise the amount of screen
estate used by JessyInk.
Sorry if I wasn't clear! I'll give it a go in a separate branch.
