Dear all,

Mustafa Mahmod has stepped down from the role of Team Leader due to being
fully busy. He is planning to do the master outside Iraq and he sent us a
message last night in this regard.

That said, there is only the 3 of us:
Mr Ryo
Ammar
Myself

There is another one but he didn't join the team yet and I'm not even sure
if he will continue with the team or not. As long as he didn't join
Launchpad, he will not be asked to take the lead of this team :)

Anyway, to play it fair, the 3 of us can step in at the same time. And, in
order to make your life easier, I shall NOT step in and will leave it for
both Mr. Ryo and Ammar.

It is the exams season and I know that. I can be Acting Team Leader of this
Sub-Team until you both be free. If you're ready now, please let me know :)

There is an online assessment you need to take. Passing that assessment
means you're able to take the last step which is a very quick meeting.
After that, you have 30 days to prove yourself as a good TL of that
Sub-Team.
