Has anyone any ideas how to apply the i-gotU ISB info to a Bluetooth connection

Hi there,

After owning my i-gotU GT200 for more than 5 years, I've only just
discovered that it secretly has bluetooth connectivity as well as the
advertised USB connection. I found your really valuable information on the
communication protocol used over USB, and was hoping to be able to apply it
to Bluetooth communications also.

Unfortunately, while I can connect over serial BT and see the NMEA streaming
in dongle mode, I haven't successfully managed to command it to switch to
Tracer or Configure mode.

I'm not expecting anyone to have working code for a Bluetooth connection,
but I'll just ask if anyone had heard even any hints on how the BT
communication might be done and how it differs from USB communications.
Any pointers to downloads or other info about the phone apps that were able
to communicate over Bluetooth would be useful, so I could try reverse
engineering the crucial protocols. There are some screen shots of the app
for Nokia (I think) but no downloads available as far as I can see.

Many thanks if you can think of any hints.

Cheers,
Martin Wink.
