I would like to propose renaming holopy.model to holopy.scattering to 
more accurately describe what it is. Model can have many meanings, the 
code here is clearly intended for doing calculations relating to 
scattering (it would then have holopy.scattering.scatterer and 
holopy.scattering.theory).

If no one has any objections, I will do the move and make sure all of 
the code points to the new name correctly.
