I'm the upstream maintainer of Hockeypuck. If someone wanted to maintain
the package in Ubuntu or Debian, I'd be supportive, but this is not work
I'm willing to take on. Hockeypuck is primarily distributed as a snap
and docker image.

Status in hockeypuck package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Ubuntu-only package with an ancient upstream version from 2014. No
  reverse dependencies. Unless someone wants to step up and update this
  package (and ideally maintain it in Debian) it doesn't make sense to
  keep this in universe.
