Figured this one out.. the Hockeypuck stable PPA (ppa:hockeypuck/ppa)
was missing a dependency on ppa:juju/golang. This caused precise,
quantal & raring builds to fail, as they couldn't find a golang 1.1.

I've since updated the PPA and resubmitted. Hockeypuck 1.0~rc1~bzr257 is
now available in the stable PPA.
