Hello HKCR Developers,

Me and my students are having trouble creating a branch and commiting
our initial code.

We tried to create a branch with the following URL:
https://code.launchpad.net/~hkcr-dev/pibiti

('PIBITI' is the Portuguese achronym for their grant program)

But when we try to import it, this is the traceback:
"Invalid URL: https://code.launchpad.net/~hkcr-dev/pibiti";

What are we missing?
