You should consult the overview diagram
http://www.mlhim.org/projects/hkcr/overview-diagram 

please note that there should not be any reference to openEHR or
Archetypes in HKCR.  

HKCR will only be concerned with Concept Constraint Definitions (CCD).
Any ADL that is reused from openEHR will go through a conversion to XML
Schema based CCDs first.
