Okay.  But you must understand:

1) your installation instructions do not mention this

2) It is unacceptable to expect people to go into the Python archives
and install Python 2.4 on a machine that doesn't already have it.  There
are going to be too many dependencies.  Setup tools, etc. will all need
to be installed.

As I said before; re-create HKCR as a Plone 4 product.

This is something I asked for in November 2009.  You didn't want to
because it wasn't a shipping version.  Here we are now and ONLY you can
install HKCR because of the infrastructure issues.  Please fix it.
