Hi Tarsis,

Just to be sure that we can proceed in an orderly way.
Please note each of the milestones at https://launchpad.net/hkcr/1.0 
As we progress up in alpha versions to beta versions I will create one
or more blueprints for each milestone. 

We should have an installable Plone Product for each alpha/beta version
along the way. 

If at any time you have a question about what is expected from a
blueprint or to produce a milestone; please ask. 

I would also like for you to post to this list the date that you expect
to publish each milestone.  This will help us in project planning.
