  No arm64 port

Bug description:
  The 1.0.3 version included in the ppa and the upstream 1.2.1 version
  of hadoop do not currently build on arm64 (aarch64). The build fails
  with this message:

  *** Host support ***
  checking C flags dependant on host system type... failed
  configure: error: Unsupported CPU architecture "aarch64"
  make[1]: *** [override_dh_auto_configure] Error 1
