  please include patches for dumbo

Bug description:
  I have come across dumbo [1] - python api to hadoop.

  For installation it wants these patches:

  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-1722
  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-5450
  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MAPREDUCE-764

  Are these applied in the ppa packages? If not, could you please
  include them?
