No, there is no menu bar. GottenGeography is too simple to need any menu
bar. As you can see, there are only a handful of buttons on the toolbar,
and those are all of the features that GottenGeography has.

  There is no global menu bar, instead a collection of buttons. Maybe it would be possible to add a global menu bar?
