"script_createDirMeta.sh" is a linux shell script, thus it doesn't run
under Windows. You have to write a Windows batch script instead.

Generally I wouldn't recommend running Goobi under Windows 7.

Hint: Goobi is no longer maintained on Launchpad, but on GitHub
(https://github.com/goobi) instead. Additionally there is a developer
and admin mailing list for questions like this (https://maillist.slub-
dresden.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/goobi-developer).
