Dear Kevin,

Goobi.Production is a Java Web application and runs in a Tomcat
environment. Thus, there no single executable for specific platform.

You can get Tomcat binaries for Windows on the Apache Tomcat web site:
https://tomcat.apache.org/download-70.cgi

The installation of Java based application servers on MacOS is a bit
more tricky. Try to Google, or to follow this Blog post:
http://wolfpaulus.com/jounal/mac/tomcat7
