Colleagues,
we are getting close to 4.0 release date. We expect to be released no later
than on 20th of December, so we are targeting Monday, 16th of December, 8am
GMT as code freeze date/time.

I apologize for not sending feature freeze notification in advance. In
fact, we are entering into feature freeze phase. Then only exception is
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/fuel/+spec/ceph-live-migration. Dmitry -
please update us on your progress with this and expectations.

Please note, that it is important to get working RPM/DEB packages before
Wednesday this week so we can see if they deploy correctly, and all
dependent stuff works correctly.
