I've started to look into teaching the Open Source course for Spring 2009.
Things are looking promising.  Tentatively, the course is scheduled for
Tuesday/Thursday at 3:30PM.  I still need to get approval to teach the
course however I don't foresee that as being a problem.    As for content, I
would start the course with the history of free software and open source.
Next stage would be Ubuntu packaging, and then finish up learning about
LOUD.  I also envision a group project as well as a group presentation.
