Hello.
New release of gtk3 version of Foobnix will be soon. You can get package
of beta version  for Saucy  from experimental ppa 
https://launchpad.net/~popsul1993/+archive/ppa/+packages
I recomend don't install this ppa in OS but just download&install needed
package from it.
