Bug description:
The file Hold_me_wma.wma from the test media on www.canonical-partners.com/media displays long delays in fast-forwarding:

If one clicks on the progress line in totem to skip to a different part of the file, the cursor remains at the current position and there is a long delay (upwards of 10 seconds) until that point (or possibly a later point in the file) is reached.

This may be caused by the file itself and key frames or such particularities of the file format.
