Well, the logic right now is that those with any permissions get the
'slingbar' primarily to get the 'user' menu. Are you referring to the "Edit
My Profile" and "Change My Password" items under the user menu (as opposed
to the Pages menu)?

if you make in Exp 2.0 a standalone page and give a permission for a certain
user for it, he will see the blue slingbar and be able to change the
password and edit info. How can we remove those things from this user and
let him only log out from there?
