Hi Sanna,
Can you specify which views for which modules you are overriding within your theme?
Most of the new views (soon to be all views) will be responsible for loading their own CSS, so id you are overriding an edit form, or a specific view that's calling admin-global.css through the {css} plugin within the view, then the stylesheet won't be loaded.
As for the screenshot, looks like forms.css isn't getting loaded either. Are you getting any errors of any kind? Error reporting turned on?
