b2evolution is not being supported by Ubuntu currently anymore and will
be removed from the archives for now (bug 872383).

Please refer to the upstream site at http://b2evolution.net, if you're
so inclined to install it manually.

  It simply returns exit error code 1 when I try to install this plugin
