b2evolution is not being supported by Ubuntu currently anymore and will
be removed from the archives for now (bug 872383).

Please refer to the upstream site at http://b2evolution.net, if you're
so inclined to install it manually.

  package b2evolution 2.4.2-4.2 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess

Bug description:
  I added the software via apt-get instal....there was an error message
  about the install. Then there was another one when I try to run the
  program from command-line. The errors are below! Thanks!
