Bug description:
It would be nice to have a checkbox "do not update the updated-timestamp".
This is useful for minor edits, which should not get bumped in external feed-planets (which (may) look at the last-update field).

Maybe a "minor edit" checkbox is more suitable and the last-update field in feeds would get used from the last post/item version/revision, which has not been marked as "minor edit".
