Bug description:
The tag cloud uses variable font sizes which indicate how often a font is used.
This should get applied to the display of tags for a given post, too.

However, it should not make the fonts too huge though.. but an indication how often a tag is used in general is useful for browsing further.

Maybe the title tag could indicate also how much posts are tagged with this particular tag?!
