Hi,

I am Fred. (aka alienus) and I'm part of the elementaryOS french team
(http://www.elementaryos-fr.org/).
After some discussions with tintou we have decided that the best thing
to do is to ask you.

We use your #elementary-fr freenode channel as our community room but we
don't have any rights to admin, moderate it or even setup a useful
subject for our users.

So, please, is it possible for you to give me, or to give tintou, the
necessary rights to setup this room ?
