  [launcher] Maximised window, click on Tile, launcher should hide

Bug description:
  Steps to Repro:
  1. Have a maximized application opened and launcher hidden
  2. click on an application launcher icon and don't move the mouse

  Expected Result:
  the launcher should disappear

  Actual Result:
  launcher stays open

  Note that we want that if you move the mouse to another tile, the
  launcher stays open.
