Bug description:
unity 4.10.2-0ubuntu2, Ubuntu Ocelot
1. In "System Settings" > "Appearance", switch to Radiance.
2. Open the Dash.
What happens: The Dash's window controls have a slight cream outline
around them as if they are on a light-colored title bar.
What should happen: Either the Dash should not have window controls at
all, or they should not have a cream outline around them.
For the text equivalent, see bug 828862. In both cases, elements are
being drawn as if they are on a light background when they aren't.
