If it is a bug, it's an existing bug in inMemoryPowerUp so fixing it
would be out of scope for this change anyway. But I don't think it's
too important; nothing /bad/ happens when you have a powerup for
IPowerupIndirector, it's just that nothing useful happens either so if
you're trying to power something up for that interface you probably
screwed up.
