I think this bug actually applies to all schedulers, substore or
otherwise: currently, the scheduler will only be started the first
time the store is adapted to IScheduler. With the changes in that
branch, the scheduler will be started along with the store service
(which would usually be started when you open the store).

IScheduler(someStore) + the IScheduler documentation, I guess.
