Dear all,

Has DHIS system for Kenya upgraded if so. Check at the login screen. The
upgrade has not been communicated and the in-country have not tested if it
meet their requirements. I still proposed the changes to be communicated
before effecting the changes. This call for meeting to discuss the way
forward and how to address the short coming.
