Inpatient, add complete function and the codes is not auto select or
sensitive. The system shows only few codes less than 10 codes.

How to put borders on custom form. AWP. and how can i use more than one
data element within one custom form especially eligible population. Also,
the baseline link -total of data from July to June of every year.
