Dear all,

just a small refresher on the use of data element form names. I can
see that many data elements have been entered for the HSSF monthly
expenditure form of the like:

"2110201 Contractual employees"

Instead of including form specific stuff in the data element name we
could instead have

"HSSF Contractual employees"

as the data element name and then have

"2110201 Contractual employees"

as the data element form name. We will then have a clean,
self-descriptive name which is easy to use in reports, while the form
name will be displayed in section data entry forms.


Would be great if you could fix this.
