Hello,
Yesterday afternoon we at NEP training we downgraded (user right) and could
not edit users. On requesting Dr. Manya to assist us, now I can not find
users we had created earlier on the users list yet on trying to create the
user it's giving a message that the user exists. What could be causing this
problem? example of the user not visible to me is golicha. bytheway I had
assigned him reports for the whole country and now he can only see Garrissa
county yet he's at the province level. (Let's not edit users created and not
inform the rest)
Secondly, I have concerns on the implementation of changes on the system and
not informing the rest of the core team (for information) so that they are
not found off guard

Kindly assist me sort out the user
