Added information:
I used Assign capability in the “Dataset” and assigned MOH710 to all the
facility one by one to clicking facilities. Almost every 100 I had saved.
But sometimes 10 to 30 facilities were not assigned when re-enter the assign
capability. In the middle way, all the assign had lost, not only Central
facilities, all other facilities also.
This was happened today.

Rachael and Lars,
 
This happened Central training also. I suppose we both edited dataset assign
operation and DHIS2 does not have check in/out capability. Both were edited
on the cashe metadata and saved individually by different timing. I think
there are other bugs may be existed in this when update from multiple users.

Hello,
Today we are having a problem with various datasets disappearing in the
facilities in NEP and Nairobi. They had assigned the datasets as of
yesterday and had entered data. However, when they re-assign they find the
data via the data entry interface. 
What could be causing this issue?
