Hello,
Can we consider the following input for DHIS2
1 Combine the validation function with complete function. - once complete is
clicked, it should run validation rather than having the two buttons.
2 There is a concern is how many people will be accessing the data using the
guest account and use it without the authority of the Ministry especially
facility specific data.
 ------suggestion 1: Deactivate the guest account from downloading data to
excel sheets, it downloads pdf format only
 ------suggestion 2: the guest account to provide analysed reports only
