In the two MOH 705 A and B there are some disease like  Dysentery,
Cholera,       Meningococcal,    Meningitis,    Tetanus Poliomyelitis (AFP),
 Dracunculosis , Yellow Fever,       Viral Haemorrhagic Fever and Plague
 which should be validated if single case entered it should be show because
it should be a true diagnose through lab.

Also referrals should no be more than all attendance (First and
RE-attendance).

All other disease in the report should not be added to all other and have
only one All other disease and should be below number ten in order.
