Coordinates [longitude,latitude] for  Wayu Dispensary [39.58,-1.54] accept
to delay in the GIS due to short Coordinates use while the Coordinates
[longitude,latitude] for Badassa Dispensary [38.02626,+2.26571] fail due to
long Coordinates used.

The GIS practice for accuracy need to have at least 5 decimal point. In all
existing databases like MFL use the same approach of reading the Coordinates
[longitude,latitude]

Some of the district have use the format of Badassa Dispensary what is the
solution?
