Hello all,
As you discuss on that, it's a high time we defined a standard for user
accounts creation and management since some users are using their names,
other part of their emails and others are using their districts name. We
need to harmonize this so as to manage the users more effectively. this is
with in mind that the programs will be joining DHIS soon.
